Now in its 15th year, The European Call Centre Awards (ECCA) has become a firmly established annual event, rewarding individuals and companies that have made a real impact on the industry over the previous 12 months. ECCA is unique in the fact that it is able to focus on every sector within the call centre and contact centre industry.
This is reflected in the range of categories covering everything from ‘Best use of Technology', ‘Outsourcing Partnership of the Year', and ‘Virtual Centre of the Year' to ‘Best Centre for Customer Service', ‘Agent of the Year' and the ‘Corporate Responsibility Award'. Entries are encouraged from all sectors, and all companies, big or small.

of the Year 2010 from host Rufus Hound.
