Q)What roles are available?
The roles that we have on offer are those of ‘Homebased Advisors’.
Q)What kind of tasks will the roles entail?
Based from your home, you will be required to handle email, text and incoming telephone enquiries in a professional, customer focused and results oriented manner. You will be trained to represent the client (or a range of clients) and to provide a high standard of customer service for customers who contact you.
You will be expected to effectively handle and troubleshoot customers’ queries so that they feel you care about their query and handle it in a confident way. You will also need to ensure all information collected is recorded accurately and in line with specified procedures.
Q)What skills will i need?
Ideally you will have prior work experience in a customer service role. However, of paramount importance to us is that you can demonstrate a sound understanding of quality customer service. Therefore individuals with no direct customer service experience but evidence of the following will be considered for roles with Maygenta:
-a strong work ethic and common sense
-a willingness to learn
-a sound understanding of the value of good customer service
-an organised approach to work including attention to detail

Q)Why work for Maygenta?

We consider ourselves to be a highly professional organisation and, to that end, seek to engage highly professional workers with whom we will work in partnership.
Q)We can offer you:

-No more commuting!
-The comfort of working from your own home
-Flexible working hours
-Better work/life balance
-Being your own boss
-Working without distraction.
Despite the numerous advantages you should be aware that working from home isn’t for everyone. For example, certain personality types suit this environment better than others. So, if you’re the type of person that thrives on interactions with others, working from home may not be the job for you.
We would advise you to think carefully about this potentially life changing choice. Perhaps consider:
Working without distraction.Your personality and what type of work you enjoy (e.g think of a time when you truly felt happy in a job - what were you doing and what engaged you?) your personality and how you interact with others (e.g think about how much interaction you like with others during the day – do you find working with other people helpful and motivating?)
-What you might miss from a normal office environment (e.g social outings, office banter, structured work)
-The suitability of your home environment for office work.
Finally…
Thanks for your interest in our roles, and good luck with your application.
